We must say things like “Free Minneapolis real estate search!” or “Search MN homes.

The “MLS” search feature you find on all Minneapolis real estate websites actually is called the “IDX.” All of us use the same feed of property listings provided by the Northstar Regional MLS. There are some technical distinctions between IDX and the Minneapolis MLS as well as some minor differences in the data sets. For the consumer, this nit-picking parsing of terms does not mean very much.
