		<description>How true what you said, there won&#039;t be a bell to let us know when the housing market has hit bottom. I think, considering the fact that while interest rates are still unbelievably low, they are inching up. So waiting, (unless you are saving money to buy a house) doesn&#039;t make any sense.</description>
