Homes in Burnsville Minnesota
Generally speaking, there usually about 150-200 single family homes on the Burnsville MLS at a time. You can still find a number of 250’s, which were built in the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. Burnsville doesn’t contain many homes that are older than that. New construction for single family homes is limited due to shortage of available land. There are a few newer homes and some completed new construction built by Severson Homes Inc, and Butler Building Corp. New developments include River’s Edge, Chateau Highlands, and Spring Green. However, the vast majority of homes available on the MLS were built int the 70’s, and are offered under 300k. If you are looking for Minnesota lakeshore in Burnsville, you need to act quickly.
