According to Northstar MLS statistics, 218 single family homes sold and closed in the last half of 2006. The average sale price was $716,472. The average year-built was 1959 and the average size was 3048 square feet. New construction in this area is limited, and there was a handful of new Edina homes that sold in developments such as Country Club District and Brinwood Estates.
