According to the Northstar Regional MLS, the Fairibault Area Association of REALTORS is shutting down their own Multiple Listing Service. FAAR members will now be inputting their real estate listings into the TC Metro and (Northstar MLS) and SEMAR (Southeast Metro Association of Realtors.)
This is just one more indication that Faribault has become the new “x-burb” because so many are commuting to the Twin Cities from Faribault.
