If you want to own Minnesota lake home, why not think big? Lake Superior is pretty big… that should work for you. It just so happens that we have two big lots near Two Harbors for sale on Rocky Point (lots 9 and 10.) Enjoy a big wooded lot with big southern views of the water. Just think about a big full moon rising in the east and making the entire lake shimmer with silver and white. The shoreline is picture postcard perfect, and if you go down to the water to throw rocks, you might even find an agate or two.

Lake Superior Lots on Rocky Point are Convenient.

Rocky Point Lake Superior lots near Two Harbors lie close to Duluth, so a weekend trek to your Northern Minnesota retreat won’t be a long one. But if you knew what was good for you, you would opt to live here year round. Two Harbors is a large enough city to offer you basic amenities, and Duluth is not far away. Drive the other direction in the winter to Lutsen for the closest thing to Mountain skiing that Minnesota has to offer. You can also drive up to Grand Portage Casino, but don’t do that until after you have purchased a great lot or two on Minnesota’s North Shore.
