  • Electronic advertising. Your home will be posted on several of our websites for strong internet exposure. Email photo flyers are sent to prospective buyers or cooperating agents.
  • Traditional advertising. Your property will included in a full-color direct mailing that is sent to over 90,000 homes, depending upon your location. Full color brochures and other materials are prepared for you.
  • Results! I have a proven track record, and have over 14 years of Minnesota homesellling experience. I will show you a portfolio of sold homes, seller succss stories, and testimonials.
  • Peace of mind! All details are managed for you, from the day the sign goes into the yard, to the day of closing. If you are out-of-state, I can even attend closing in your behalf.
  • No risk. My listing agreement can be cancelled any time for any reason. I do not lock you into a 6 or 12 month listing.
  • Full representation. I prefer to represent only YOU and YOUR interests in the transaction, and avoid dual agency (also called “diminished representation”).
