
If you have been selling real estate in Minneapolis (or anywhere else for that matter) for a number of years, no doubt you have run into folks who have tried do-it-yourself home repairs in order to prepare the home for sale. Some do better than others.
Knowledge, of course, is key. My own disaster with my attempt to tile my kitchen floor is a case in point. I wish I had consulted a few more experts before totally destroying my floor with expensive 19″ Nile tiles.
