Plymouth new home constructionThe MLS normally has about 200-300 single family Plymouth homes for sale, so there is always a wide range of options. Older 1.5 story homes for about 200k will pop up occasionally on Quaker, Larch, and Fern Lane. There is always a good, solid selection of split entry homes built in the 1980s between 200-300k. Executive homes range upward of 2M, but it is still possible to find a brand new two story home for about 500k. Upper end new construction is being built by such notables as Hendel Homes, Latrell builders, Lennar, Swanson Homes Northwest Inc, Golden Homes Builders, Brian Carney, and more.


A quick glance at the Plymouth MLS will tell you that it is very easy to find an entry level townhome or condo here. There are usually dozens of low rise condos under 150k, manor homes, quads, and side by sides under 200k. Sunrise condos offer lake views , underground parking, pool, tennis courts, security buildings, and even have docks available! If it is trees that you want, try the Shenandoah addition for nice wooded yard areas. Lake Camelot Villas offer attached garages, private entries, and easy access to 494. The Uplands at Parkers offer stylish side by side living with patios, vaults, skylights, cul-de-sac location, and are very close to the Parkers Lake recreational trails. Homes in Wellington Park offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Wayzata schools, low fees, and a tolerant attitude toward pets. Cimmaron Ponds near Vicksburg and Highway 6 include twin homes with all one-level-living and plenty of trees and landscaping. Rockford Villas are also in the Wayzata school district and are within walking distance to schools and shopping. According to the Plymouth MLS data, it is virtually impossible to find vacant lakeshore real estate here. There are usually about a dozen or so good lakefront properties for sale at any given tiem. There may be some lake homes that would warrant a tear-down because the real value is in the lakefront.
