At home by Lake Minnetonka

A look at Northstar MLS Wayzata MN real estate statistics shows 22 single family home sales that closed in the latter half of 2006. The average sale price was recorded as $1,610,750, although this number is rather meaningless because the results include a sale at $17,500,000! Most sales occurred in a more down-to-earth price range of 300-400k. The townhome market is small; there were only 11 Wayzata townhomes and condos that closed during the same period. All lakeshore Wayzata homes for sale exceeded 1M in price.
